Position Overview:
Vibranalysis is seeking a highly experienced Lead Inspector to oversee all aspects of structural special inspections. Key Responsibilities:

Development of Monitoring Plans

  • Design monitoring plans based on prospects/proposals objectives and requirements.

Monitoring & Data

  • This position is ultimately responsible for all monitoring data, the proper functioning, service and maintenance of onsite monitoring equipment. This means you are to provide direction to cross functional teams to resolve any and all issues but not limited to: data, power, maintenance, service, access, relocation, down, or report issues.

  • Types of equipment and processes you will be expected to learn how to install, troubleshoot, and provide guidance for: AMTS, AQS, Vibration, Shape Arrays, Scan Station, Crack gauges, Photo Inspections etc.

Communication

Capturing All Work Product in ERP/CRM

  • Responsible for entering time and expenses as they occur.

  • Responsible for keeping projects up-to-date.

  • Capture all client communications.

  • Keep client contact information up-to-date.

  • Understand processes in ERP/CRM by completing assigned training materials and working with directors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Objectives of this role
● Serve as the point of contact and communication between clients, project managers, sales, and field service team to ensure installations, maintenance, monitoring, removals, and other types of service tickets are scheduled and are completed and accurate.

Responsibilities
